Today ASI released their latest version, version 10.6. At this point it is only available as a download from their website. I'll post more about it in the coming weeks but here's the blurb from ASI's email announcement:
The 10.6 release focuses particular attention to a new look, our international users, the capabilities of IQA, and the features of iMIS Fund Raising.
Of particular interest are:- Multi-entity support in Billing and Events

As always, I don't recommend being the first kid on the block to use the initial release. I would wait until at least 4 - 6 weeks from now. However, assuming that your normal upgrade process includes a test conversion and testing period, there's no reason, IMO, to not get started now.
