The multi-instance tool has been updated for 15.1 and posted to the iMIS website on Friday, 9/4/09. You can use the 15.0 version tool but then you have to do some steps manually.
To get the new tool, log into ASI's site and go to Tech Support > Tech Support Community > View complete Document Archive > Downloads > .Net
